June  Bisantz, visual artist and musician, has co-written and produced  several albums  of original  jazz, all of which received national attention. She has  performed and recorded with distinguished jazz and pop musicians including Steve  Swallow,  Bob Moses,  Lew Soloff, Mike Stern and Will Lee.  Reviews and articles  about her work have appeared in People  Magazine, USA Today, Downbeat  Magazine, Jazziz  Magazine,  New York Newsday, Jazz Podium Magazine, the Boston Herald, Hartford Courant, Connecticut Magazine and the New York Native.

Her CD "Let's Fall in Love" (2006), inspired by the vocal work of legendary  jazz musician Chet Baker, received international airplay and led to a tour of Japan in 2012, and appearances at concerts and festivals including headlining at the renowned Litchfield Jazz Festival, Goshen CT in in 2013.

Her new release “It’s Always You”, Volume 2 of the Chet Baker Project, sets a 1960’s jazz club mood with songs about love and longing, delivered in a style that is “Cool and still full of emotion - just like Chet Baker.”

The Chet Baker Project features Alex Nakhimovsky,  piano,  Norman  Johnson, guitar, and Gabor Viragh on trumpet and flugelhorn. 

In her visual art career, Ms. Bisantz receives grants and commissions for her public art projects which include art on billboards, buses, architectural surfaces, movie theater screens, solar powered street signs and traffic control devices.
